Materials needed:

  • Plastic, glazed or metal planter
  • Organic soilless potting mix
  • Seeds
  • Spray bottle
  • Kitchen shears

Procedures:

  1. Choose your container
  2. Add potting mix
  3. Plant your seeds
  4. Daily (or almost daily): Water, water, water
  5. Thin as needed
  6. Harvest Your Greens
  7. Toss Up a Delicious Salad and Enjoy!
